About the theater

Q.What time does the theater open?

The theater lobby opens 50 minutes before the performance begins. Please also be aware that theater seating begins 30 minutes before the performance.
Visitors will be able to enjoy CRAZY TOKYO performances until 15 minutes before the performance.

Regarding Tickets

Q.Can I change or cancel already purchased tickets?

Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be changed or canceled. Before buying tickets, please confirm the number of tickets, seating, and performance date.

Q.What do I do if I lose my tickets?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide extra tickets after they have already been purchased.

Q.Are same-day tickets available?

Same-day tickets are only available if the performance still has seats available.
You will be able to buy tickets at the ticket counter located in the theater lobby. Tickets are also available through our online ticketing site, AltTix Online.

Regarding Services

Q.If I arrive late, will I still be able to enter the theater?

Depending on the performance, we may not be able to let you in after the show starts, so please make sure to arrive beforehand.

Q.Are food and drinks allowed inside the theater?

We have "Merchandise vender" are available at theatre. We sales Soft drinks and alcohol drinks and some snacks at Merchandise.
Only drinks will be allowed during the performance.

Q.Can I smoke inside the theater?

No, the theater is a smoke-free environment.

Q.Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, but please let us know beforehand so we can prepare a wheelchair friendly seat in the theater.

Q.Do you have a parking lot?

Unfortunately no. If you are coming by car, please use the public parking located at the Yurakucho Mullion (Yurakucho Center Building). However, parking spaces are limited, so we highly recommend you use public transportation if possible.

Q.Is there an age limit?

No. From aged 6 years above tickets needs to purchase. If below 6 years not require the seat and sit over the parent's knee tickets are not required.
If not please purchase the seat charge.

Q.Do you provide a cloak service?

Our Theatre, we do not have "Cloakroom" available should you need to keep your big baggages there are "Coined Locker" is available at JR Yurakucho Train station. Please use that facility.

Q.Can I pay by credit card?

We accept VISA, MASTER and UnionPay cards. Please be aware that we do not accept electronic money (such as Suica cards).
